It goes beyond rules for me. I think the death penalty itself is murder.

So voting for it would make me a murderer, meaning there's no way I could ever with a good conscience vote for it regardless of the legal arguments.

But I wouldn't hide this belief during initial questioning.

- i don't think it's a matter of law in this case. i'm the same way. i don't see putting a convict to death as anything other than murder. you can tell - Andie May 15, 12:31
