Excel question: I have some cells with text in them. A list. I have another column next to that list.

I need the cells in column A to change color based on info in the corresponding cells in Column B. But the trick is that column be is also text. I can use Conditional formating to make it work if column B was a number, but with it being text I can't figure out how to make it work.
