If nothing else, my new Fitbit has shown me exactly how poorly I sleep most nights. (Last night was an extreme, though.)

2 min awake
4 min restless

2:21AM-4:03AM
1 min awake
8 min restless

5:38AM-8:55AM
2 min awake
10 min restless

The times in between was time I was trying to get to sleep. *yawn*
