We lock the doors!... Just kidding. Yes. We make exceptions all the time for lightly attended screenings and stuff like that, but it is the rule.

Catching those people is pretty easy/obvious, just because of our physical layout. There's a choke point where ticket take, recognize people, ask them if they know where they're going. And we will put as many people there as it takes to keep things under control.
To be honest though, with online ticket sales, just physically recognizing a customer plays into it a lot.
