street. Don't know if it's sewer or water or what but it involves a large deep hole. At any given time there are at least 12 workers in orange vests clustered around, operating machinery, consulting clip-boards, or just leaning over the barrier admiring their handiwork.

Meanwhile the street is down to two very narrow lanes - no big deal except that this is a main access to the bus staging area for this weekends festival and parade. I just followed a school bus down there that was having to run over the pylon bases to get through.

Saturday morning will be a glorious mess outside my window :)
