Yeah, that's something to consider as well. They are basing their price off of a sq/ft price of a previous sale

A much larger 2 BR on the top floor just sold for $365,000. It has super high end appliances and finishes.
I don't think the comp is justifiable, but we will see.
I think it's going to be worth waiting for a little bit to get a better handle on it.
