They're really not capable of making good decisions at this point and it's creating tension between my sisters (one of whom thinks it's imperative that they move and the other who thinks if they're more comfortable at home they should stay there and we all should take on the significant extra burden of making that work for them). I agree with the sister who thinks they need to move, but the demands of my job versus the flexibility of theirs means that they will take on more of the burden than me. Hopefully we can make some headway.
