I find that if you're a fairly regular customer of Amazon, they go out of their way to please you (at least Amazon.ca, but I assume it's the same CS representatives).
I ordered something that sait (Qty 5) the other day and only received one (I admit it would have been an incredible deal if I had 5). They said I was a good customer, and they refunded me the whole thing and I got to keep the item.
