oh yah, I will do so. I'm going through Amazon messaging and giving BH another try, otherwise I will dispute to them.

I always give the third-party seller a chance.
a similar thing happened a couple of weeks ago - I ordered 10 of something, received 1. I sent a note, "are the other 9 being sent separately?" "sorry about that, we will send them." <- the correct response for a seller!
