my complaints about walgreens are unrelated to the store I use for prescriptions, they're more system things.

the pharmacy employees themselves are generally good, some remember my name even though I don't go often, and wait times are pretty accurate.
the big system issues are things like:
the mail-order issue I mentioned on b2.
that their system doesn't have a way to check that something I am prescribed doesn't contain red dye 40. (nor does the system my pcp's org. uses.) I check every danged thing now myself, after one celebrex capsule made me itch for 3 days a few years ago, and my allergy has added some breathing components over time. (eep.)
that their system isn't as good as it ought to be for checking all-caps-type drug interactions, which impacted my mom a couple of years ago. (nor did my mom's sucky doctor catch it, but pharmacy as backup is a really good idea.)
