They also don't understand the concept of filling a drug and NOT giving the generic.

I fought with them for years because they kept trying to change my synthroid to generic. You can't just change a hormone replacement like that. I would have to get all of my lab work redone to make sure the generic is working correctly. Even though generics are supposed to be the same, they are not always. And hormone replacements can cause issues if not handle correctly.
