I'm paying a good bit every day (almost $70/day) for my apartment with bills, when it's all said and done. I'm also traveling pretty solid from now until.... forever. I'm in London for a few days at a time.
We have started AirBnBing the place for about $100/night and have had some takers, but it just seems like a hassle to coordinate cleaning, etc.. and it can't be booked fully to pay for the place in full.
Does it make sense to ditch the apartment and just stay in hotels or airbnb when we happen to be in London? We also have a cousin in Cambridge that would let us stay if we wanted to.
Are there some things I'm not anticipating, not having an address and all? Bank stuff might be tough, but I can probably change my mailing address to work - they're really good about receiving personal mail.
Thoughts?
