No - a Dusty finish is when (spoils)

the original ref is knocked out, a 2nd ref counts a win for the challenger, challenger gets announced as having won the match (and title) but the original ref then wakes up and reverses the finish to the challenger wins but doesn't get the title.

last night -- ref gets knocked out when Rollins pulled him in front of Ambrose's move...2nd ref counts a pin for Ambrose, Ambrose is 'champ'...first ref wakes up and DQ's Rollins for pulling him in front of the move. Rollins loses but stays champ.

When done right, it's a good thing. When done repeatedly, like Dusty did in the mid to late 80's in the NWA, it's awful.
