and it's clearly part of a list of questions regularly asked. oy.

I'm way overdue for a new work computer, way, as in my current one is 6 years old. we are meant to change every 2-3 years, but I have held out because too many coworkers had major sucky issues with new models along the way. I can't take the slowness anymore, and I'm one of the last holdouts, apparently.
(2 week whining warning: I asked to schedule the switch the week of the 15th.) (also, why does he need my password 2 weeks in advance? I shall grill him!)
