We made the beef stew pizza on Saturday, and it turned out pretty well. Looked fantastic coming out of the oven

b/c the jack cheese melted differently than mozzarella would have.
We kept the pizza sauce as the bottom layer, which worked out nicely in that it gave the pizza a nice tang.

No idea where she came up with the idea, but it's definitely something we'll try again - would make a great meal in the winter
