I agree that the badass eunuchs are a complete bust. You can't spend that much time saying they're invincible only to let rabble kill them so easily.

They've done a wonderful job in establishing what a badass Ser Jorah is.

I'm wondering if his unrequited love still has a chance of becoming requited.

Jorah *really* shouldn't be touching the Khaleesi, though. And if she has it, that's especially bad news for her loyal attendant. They had the specific shot of the two women holding hands. The purpose of that entire scene was possibly a misdirect from the dragon's arrival to the spreading of the plague.
