I doubt it. There could be a flashback I suppose, but that would be to explain an existing character's motivation and there's no character (in the show) who was around on that day.
Personally, I think GRRM isn't going to tie this off, and won't have someone convenient explain to Jon about who his real parents are. That the readers know is enough.
