Remember Ned hearing "the seed is strong" and figuring out that Robert wasn't the father of Cersei's kids?
Well, Lannister blood isn't the only strong blood, given that Targaryens tend to be blond with purple eyes. Yet Jon was never questioned as a Stark despite being half Targaryen.
