Zero. He gets a complete pass on the ratings for his show until Colbert has been on 2 or 3 months.

If they move him up and his ratings drop, that hurts his show. If they move him up and his ratings improve, that could hurt Colbert's show.
It's actually a really good thing that they leave him alone and let him craft the show he wants to do in the time slot they are wanting him in long term.
Now, once Colbert starts, if he retains less of Colbert's audience than he retains of the procedurals, chances are he's toast.
