to be fair (and not that it's ok), I don't think she would have done that if the manager hadn't followed her to the parking lot.

that looks to have set her off beyond tossing the business cards. seeing she was crazed, I would have tried to see if I could nab the license plate without seeming to engage her more. (and/or check if her cc info. was obtained to otherwise identify her.)
