I've found that lately, the only thing I want to listen to while exercising is a podcast. I get too distracted with the length of the songs when I

listen to music.

"Oh my god, I've only been walking for 4 minutes? UGH."

I get so distracted with the podcasts that I don't check the time.

Makes no sense.
