I don't think war has been declared but the Offensive and Defensive leader boards are aglow with their members. And the General leader board is afire as well. The new guys on my islands all seem to be OK, they are just getting temples up to speed, but other than that no issues.
NOT related to pirates is what I am told, just an IRAN guy pillaged a POFF guy and away they went.
