but I would have thought 1st person stuff (I recently graduated blah blah blah etc. etc. etc.) would be acceptable . . . i know that's what I'd want to see if i were an employer looking at prospective hires.
but then, that's me we're talking about. and by we i mean me in the 1st person plural :)
