especially since you live in a place that can get HOT, I give a big thumb's down to tarte's amazonian clay waterproof (my booty) eye liners, both the thin and thick pencil kinds. both were squishy soft in 80ish degree interior temps last week and didn't stay in place, even when most of my time was in a/c. it's like they never set, even on my upper lashline and on top of primer/shadows. ugh!

big 'ol fail!

I had used the thicker pencil kind (which came from a qvc set some time ago) in cooler months ok, but nonono for warm!
