Way overblown. If you happen to be on unsecured wifi with someone who wants on your phone at the same time that the keyboard is updating its prediction dictionary...

...and said other person happens to know how to intercept that prediction dictionary and replace it with their own code........ Um yeah...
But "600 million users' phones exposed to hackers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" makes a better headline.
