So, as to the comments attached...with an FBI investigation going on...isn't it really best for them to say nothing at this point?

What I'm wondering is whether or not they know who actually did it or not. It seems like, with all the info in the article, they should know who did it.
And if so...is there a reason not to say..."the FBI showed us who committed the breach and we fired his ass"?
