Since I'm an adult I figured I should finally learn spreadsheet formulas. Can I set up one to show a label and a result in the same cell?

I haven't found any examples. I'd like to have the formula
=countunique(A2:A) result in B2 cell showing

"Total: [count]"

rather than

B2: Total:
B3: [count]

Anyone have a favorite tutorial resource I could use so I can serve my educational shame in secret?
