GF's parents booking us a "swimming with stingrays" things during the cruise. Really not happy about this. -- (edited)

I hate stingrays. They also booked us for a dinner with a Mexican family while we are in Mexico. I don't like traditional Mexican food.
But they are paying for the entire trip. I feel like I can't say no.
