I mean, I already know I have bad travel agents (them: "that flight is $2000." me:"I found it for $900." them:"ours is fully flexible." me:"the change fee is $150, with no other restrictions."), but how bad is the question.

Responses:

I always thought the airlines, hotels, etc. paid the travel agencies a comission. my guess is the agent. -- nm - Peglegpete Jun 18, 19:30
