I'll also add that it can still be agent-dependent - I usually use the same person to book, and he's pretty good; but, man, there is one

agent (alas, she only works random times) who can work magic with finding different combinations and sometimes get prices quite a bit lower - splitting tickets, creative use of one-ways vs rts, etc. they need to figure out a way have what she does integrated into sw.
