Apparently someone has compared Sen. Graham's comments about the Tsarnaev brothers to his comments about Dylann Roof.

I haven't seen the story. Heard the headline on the way to work, but supposedly Sen. Graham wanted to treat the Tsarnaev brothers as international terrorists and waterboard them in Guantanamo, while this latest guy is just some misguided kid.
Haven't found the story yet, but if true ... man ...
