I think the AO ones were some of the easiest to do fast.

The problem was figuring out a way to get all the objectives. The "x enemies with a wall using explosive gel" one was always the hardest for me.
A big part was knowing how each enemy moved at the start, and how that would change based on what you did. Watching a few video guides helped, too.
