"your new coffee urns make coffee too hot for the cups you use - it warps the styrofoam and makes lids fly off. this morning my coffee exploded all my hands and legs and brand new car and everywhere it touched me, I have tender red spots.
I went home to change and then drove back to the office (in my other car; thank god I have two because the seat is drenched in the one I originally drove) and the four inches of coffee left in my cup are *still* too hot to drink.
cooler coffee; less scalded customers."
