I started investigating the displayed murder on the bridge, and once I got done with that, I was lost on what to do next. Eventually it gave me the verbal clue again, and then I started trying to find the Opera Hall. I just happened to stumble on the second body, and now I'm waiting on the third so went after Sandman.
