We had some recent Knology hilarity.

Our bill went from $150 to $180, and the only thing we'd added lately was HBO for $9.50 a month, a deal they'd offered.

Kim called to complain and it turned out that the issue was that they'd charged us full price (with fees) for HBO rather than the discounted rate.

How do cable companies not spend all day in court battling class action suits?
