It has in some other countries, eg Denmark, but this is because the Church of Denmark is also a state institution, and so has to offer equal access

for same-sex couples. (Individual ministers can opt out of performing the marriage, but the church has to provide an alternate minister who will)
It's not a factor for other churches in Denmark, and wouldn't be in the US with the separation of church and state.
