Depends how the old one is installed. If they soldered a copper pipe into it, it can be a bitch to get the old one out.

If it has a flexible tube instead then it's not terribly hard.
It's a supply line, a discharge hose, and wiring in the power (which will be like a garbage disposal or light fixture.).
