Ahh, gotcha, and no as far as I know. Folks can protect their feeds (so only followers can see them)

but most feeds are open, and anyone can see them, even without an account.
But you are seeing that persons feed alone, just what that person tweets or retweets. That isn't the feed that the person sees (which is an amalgamation of the people they follow tweeting and retweeting)
Short answer: no, you are missing nothing in her feed
