I have a good understanding of 14th Amendment jurisprudence from law school (wrote two papers and a journal article on it), but haven't really kept up on it for the past ten years.

I don't know if I know enough about it to have an opinion on the SCOTUS ruling today.

Or to paraphrase that wise sage Donald Rumsfeld, I know my known unknowns, and I just need to make them known knowns.
