Logically, they would buy out the rest of the block including that corner at Katella and Harbor, no matter the cost. They should even buy everything east of Harbor up to the freeway, but that would be absurdly expensive. Apparently they already own the Carousel Inn. And they could probably get the Garden Walk for a song. Turn the whole thing into a hotel and entertainment complex, a second Downtown Disney. That's where the real money is anyway.
They need an entrance to the park from Katella to accommodate foot traffic from the convention center.
Finally, Tom Sawyer's Island and Autotopia need to go. They may be legacy, but they take up half the park, and they're just not modern.
