it'll be there when the dept. head goes in 'for the day's work' tomorrow waiting on her if I haven't received some sort of reply. and if I don't hear something by mid-day tomorrow before I go to work, i'm thinking i should call. one of the biggest frustrations, for me personally, is this seeming attitude of (whatever) when they should, in my opinion, be more invested in being there for the students. again, as stated in one of my other posts, i could understand if this were an adjunct professor or somehing who's only getting paid during the given semester that they're teaching. but we're talking about a salaried, year-round department head. i'm just of the opinion that such professors need to be a little more on top of things.
