so last night I cooked up some southwestern chicken casserole

3 chicken breasts, cooked and shreeded
1 medium onion
1 can of diced tomatoes and chilies
1 package of southwestern rice (not cooked)
1 spices (chili powder, others, I cannot remember of the top of my head)
mix into casserole dish, bake in oven.

delicious.
