I frequently offer at least a part of something, and deciding to share happens; but the only time I'll ask for something is a single french fry.

I know some people who always expect to share, but that's between/among them.
this is one of those things that I really don't get just talking about it.
*anything I offer is from untouched parts of whatever, and from a clean utensil, as applicable.
