be great it the city could get him help. What he doesn't need it to be put on the cover of a newspaper to shame him and the city.
I've offered him food in past but he yelled at me so I just walked away. Normally he's digging in the garbage or sitting by the church on 79th and Broadway. I think he sleeps in Riverside Park at night.
Shame that this is how we treat the homeless and those in need.
