they had a different company. my comcast switching experience was pretty shitty.

1) I don't get to keep my plan. I have to pay more because when you move you're a new customer and my plan is only available to existing customers.
2) they can't do my install till 7/26.
3) I was on the phone for 45 minutes for what I thought should have been a ten minute conversation. there was so much pausing I kept worrying we'd been disconnected.
