Hundreds of miles away, my mother is nodding knowingly and doesn't know why.

My grandmother makes new accounts for everything because she can never remember her passwords. She creates a new FB account every other month. She doesn't seem to understand how to hit "forgot password". She just creates new accounts.
Every time my mom and her boyfriend visit, it takes them an hour or two to sort out her account/password messes. Ugh.
