doubtful. I knew from her other card with them that she didn't have that much room on it. this new info. is the explanation.

even surrounded by stuff and in major debt beyond me, she still feels deprived and entitled.

I can explain part of it as some kind of ocd-type mental illness, but she knowingly and willfully does it beyond compulsion. as a condition of a past loan, after a "this is the last time," I insisted she seek counseling. her health took a turn after the initial screening calls. :/
