You can freeze her credit and opt-out of prescreened offers.

It may not solve the problem but will definitely make things more difficult.
You could also make any offer of your help contingent on her seeing a therapist. Perhaps the first session could be with you both so you know the therapist has gotten a fair view of the problem.
