Out of curiosity - how do you sleep at night? Have you ever had a sleep study done?

What you're describing could be as simple as untreated apnea. Not getting good sleep affects so many things, including concentration, memory and host overall well-being.

I know when I go a decent amount of time without my CPAP, I forget little things, miss things I should have seen and am just not a good version of myself.

In fact, I'm in the middle of one of those stretches right now. Anyway, something to think about.
