Well, technically, they don't have the right to more than one "family leave" type day per year according to Manitoba labour law, so no, they are not..

Essentially. The law reads seven days per year for sick days thought, so we'll pretty run that one out. But here's the thing...

Those that abuse the "leave" days makes it really difficult for those who don't to turn a blind eye.
